Gender affirming care for cis people have always being plenty available.

Someone on Twitter was roasting Elon Musk years ago for his jawline surgery, hair implants, and testosterone therapy, all of which is gender-affirming care.
Does JD Vance actually wear eyeliner though? Clearly there is some explanation for why he always looks a little bit like Liza Minnelli, maybe it is because he feels like that needs to be part of his style, on purpose, or something, but that seems at least a little implausible although I have never heard any other explanation that makes any more sense.
I've zoomed in on high resolution pics of his face. He absolutely wears something, or else his eyelids are legitimately pitch black.

the simplest explanation is generally speaking the correct explanation. probably he's wearing eyeliner because that's the shortest path to explaining why he looks like that without evidence to the contrary. he might also be double lashed, but that's simply less likely than he applies eyeliner

Yeah. Every single person you see on TV is wearing makeup, and if you ever see someone who isn't, they look like a diseased potato. I'm just saying why does heavy eyeliner have to be part of it for JD? It's just baffling. It has to be on purpose. Right?
I can imagine someone trying to explain the drawbacks of black vs dark brown liner to him and him dismissing caring about makeup and ending the conversation, but that’s just conjecture. Maybe he just likes how it looks.

Or maybe his soul is so dark that his eyes just always look like that, and any amount of makeup will just char and blacken and produce that effect whatever its original color.
