For feedback, I would just print off the federal labor codes for my country, highlighting specific sections. I'd just hand it to the management verbatim. I wouldn't cherry pick or leave anything out, just emphasize specific passages.
Guess what? That's illegal here.

I don't really understand what's being implied here. Isn't 30 > 15?
The 15 minute breaks were paid.
Now they are only getting the mandatory 30 minute paid break for lunch (which they only have to do if you work over 5 hours in a shift).
They still get the legally mandated 15 minute breaks; they just aren't paid for it.

Scheduled for 5.5 hours, you get 30 minute unpaid break so you are there for longer but make the same amount of money
I'm in California, so I get paid breaks, but unpaid lunch. It still comes out to the same as the employees of the place in the meme, really. 🤷♂️

My guess is they probably previously had 1 or 2 15-minute paid breaks, and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. But now they only get the unpaid break.
Bingo. Lots of states have an optional set of 15 minute breaks that are in my state often referred to as smoking breaks because the Midwest is still in large part stuck in 1910.
Well coincidentally I’ll need to take a 15 minute shit around the time when my 15 minute break used to be.

It's not company time if it's unpaid.
This is the kind of fucking bullshit that happens when a company goes public. It is no longer about product and productivity; it is about value extraction. The first place it is extracted from is the labor force.
I'm sure any time a policy like this is enacted, it will not increase productivity over the whole shift.
Better check your state laws. Paid breaks plus unpaid lunch are legally required depending on the state

I would interpret this to mean that your 15 minute break is now a 30 minute break.
Standard fare is you get two 15-minute breaks and one 30 minute break. I'm guessing you now only get one 30 minute break which seems like it should be illegal but I'm assuming this is the US, so whatever.

The 15 minute break is paid, the 30 is unpaid. They used to get both, but now its down to the 1 break and its unpaid. Pretty shitty.
Honestly, never trust a company replacing C's with K's, especially if it contains alliteration. They will shy away from adding the 3rd K too publicly, but they know what it means.
Krispy Kreme actually got in trouble for this once, because a UK based location went rogue and implemented a rewards program called the "Krispy Kreme Klub".
