The constant bombardment of propganda across generations has given birth to an oblivious fascism, an artificially induced anti-intellectualism. We are forced to parse infinite amounts of information. The mind has proven time and time again that we are entirely capable of self deception and there is always those who look to exploit this. It's subconscious warfare.
