Trump has been in flagrant violation of the 'emoluments' part of that section for the entirety of his presidency — both terms.

Trump wants a job where one of the rules is no having sex? I don't buy it for a second. Also, imagine the shock wave traveling around the world as every conservative head in America exploded at once if Obama had posted something like this.

Trump claims to be a non denominational Christian.

Now, I’m not a Christian anymore but I think it’s reasonable to say that is not an expected response to “what’s your favorite Bible verse or character.” Hell, as an atheist/discordian I can barely stop myself from infodumping my favorites on here. “Christian” is more of a cultural/community marker for these people, and a vague “I hope I see grandma again” than it is anything resembling “faith.”
He's going to pull a Henry VIII and make a state sanctioned version of Christianity called the Church of America, isn't he.
You know, that would make a lot of sense with his “we need to forget about the separation of church and state” comments.
