so would I, but why is our yardstick always "is he better than a republican". Thats exactly how we lose campaigns.
It's not but party unity is also important and we won't find perfection. Working within the confines of our real world is important but I agree that we need better representatives. Booker is just what our system gave us and he's a lot better than many alternatives and worse than others.
Mostly I think having a unified message and party is important but hard when you're dealing with people who actually care.
This is a ballsy move on Booker's part, and shit like this is exactly why nobody likes the left. Make better use of your time.
The left doesnt like centrists either. But neither of us can win without the other. So now what. The centrists would be in charge of the presidency right now if they could have held off sucking off AIPAC for 5 minutes but you lot couldnt even give a little bit on that-- you would rather lose to trump than give up on the genocide and bring the left on side. That election was very winnable but you lot always seem to hate the left more than you hate trump. So what does the left owe you besides the back of our hand?
One of these days you ethics-free troglodyte centrists will have to admit you are in a coalition with the left. Neither of us has to like it-- and we absolutely dont like it-- or you, but we have to do it. And you need to ditch the zionists or get used to trump and losing every election till you do. You think the left will back down, we wont. We will never ever back your genocide.

The Legislative and Judicial branches need their own armed forces in order to help provide a real counter to unconstitutional executive overreach.

His wife and child are American citizens. His life, job and friends are in the US.
It's not easy for people to give up the people and places they love.
Where would he go? If he doesn't have family anywhere else, how do you uproot your life and start 100% fresh elsewhere?
