When it was more about the cars, I liked it. I’m never going to get to drive an old Porsche around, so it was interesting seeing someone who wasn’t an auto journalist talk about the car while they drove it.

Then it turned into two guys jacking each other off, and I lost interest.

That tracks. I volunteered with a week long program to teach html and the basics of building a website, and I went back to work after day one because all the students picked social media marketing. 😆

Aren’t setters and getters discouraged in Python?

I remember reading something like, “This isn’t C++ , and Python doesn’t have private vars. Just set the var directly.”

Evangelicals have always been garbage people, and Trump is the latest god of their bullshit.

The article supposes they were good people at one time. No they weren’t.

Yeah, Alex is going to make some cash and have an art career. Unlike his teacher.

(Teachers are great and put up with all the dumb shit kids create, so not knocking teachers. Just dunking on this joke.)

Debian in WSL is my single favorite thing about Windows work laptop. Real tools! 😃

I’m back on windows for work after a decade away, and all the reasons I left are still there. The tools are still lacking, the layout is non-sensical, prototyping requires expensive subscriptions, and it’s not designed to get work done.

*nixes and macOS, to a lesser extent, are much nicer. The *nixes are designed to get work done. I have my gripes, but good lord they’re small comparatively.

Do you have a book? Can people donate brick funds?

I don’t want to disappoint gay guys.

Gents, this is not for you; it’s for her. 🙂
