Humans are animals of habit and routine. Also, chemistry is a fascinating field AND there's a sort of neat trick usable that's a good reason not to toss out your unused Styrofoam! Do with this information what you will....

For anyone else curious about the relationship to ICE, here is what I found on Wikipedia, with each → pointing to a parent agency:
US Border Patrol → US Customs and Border Protection → US Department of Homeland Security
US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) → US Department of Homeland Security

Most are surprised that a whole lotta border patrol are Hispanic.
Just an FYI it's more effective to target ICE when they are trying to kidnap people.
Try to find reports from your local community about ICE lurking around. They will have way less security than back at base.
Also, if you have that much clarity of thought you probably should look at getting organized locally. Whatever rage you're feeling; you are not alone.
