The headline makes it sound a lot worse than it probably is. It sounds like this guy was simply living in the school. That's basically it. I'm kinda surprised this happen more often given the salary of most school teachers.

Back in the classroom, law enforcement reported finding marijuana in addition to sex toys, as well as a makeshift place to sleep and clothes, including women’s underwear.

What probably happened is this dude can’t afford to rent an apartment with his salary. He had to crash at the school. So, he tossed some junk in a bag, the rest in a storage unit.
