I'm guessing it's either bought used underwear or he's wearing it himself beneath his clothes. Still not a good look all around. lol

What probably happened is this dude can’t afford to rent an apartment with his salary. He had to crash at the school. So, he tossed some junk in a bag, the rest in a storage unit.

Since they didn’t say what the “sex toy” was, I’m gonna guess it was a fleshlight. And the panties might just be his thing. Tbf, If I told you what I’m into, he would look like an angel.

Dude probably was just changing, is obviously not the smartest guy, and freaked out about losing his job and becoming homeless on the street so he panicked and ran.

The cops probably made up the punching to hold it over him later if he didn’t cooperate.

The crime is that he couldn’t afford basic necessities.
