Better than the original. It totally slaps.
I've been watching Letterkenny endlessly (it's SO good) and the music on that show is exquisitely chosen. This French song by Lisa Leblanc I've been trying to learn the words to but mostly make it up as I go along because my French is pathetique.
One time I was getting high with my friend Seth. He lived in a place where smoking wasn’t allowed, so we’d go walk around to smoke.
I just wanted to come back, because I just wanted to exist in his cave.
But Seth liked to prolong my suffering by suggesting we go places.
So one day he starts singing “I’m gonna take it … to the limit … one more ti-i-i-ime!”
Just those lyrics, you know from that one song. And he just kept singing it louder and louder.
Seth was a trip man.
So Many Mike
And fuck the Lemmy user that introduced it to me
"The walker" by fitz & the tantrums, absolute banger.
Busted in Baylor County by Shooter Jennings, found this through the good graces of Deezer last year, just loved it on first hearing and still do
Sheriff of Boone County by Kenny Price, first found this gem on a country compilation CD I got in the 80's used to play this on repeat around the same time my first boyfriend was playing Madonna's Vogue on repeat, that sure made for some interesting sessions at the stereo. Lost that CD and later found the track online via a user at a reddit country music sub who posted it, I couldnt remember the name for the life of me until he posted it
Lana Del Rey’s “Young and Beautiful”
Surfin Bird
They Might be Giants - Birdhouse in Your Soul
I was correct.
I ended up randomly getting the English Hamtaro theme song stuck in my head this week
Rammstein/Lady Gaga mashup of Telephone.

Axel F by Crazy Frog
I watched Beverley Hills Cop as a kid. Axel F is the only thing I know how to play on a keyboard. I did not realize Axel F was Axel Foley until a couple years ago.
T.O.A.D. - Above This
Not the first time, every fucking time.
OO-WEE-OO I LOOK JUST LIKE BUDDY HOLLY
Some Finnish dude with a green jacket-like thing participated in Eurovision last year. His song is still stuck in my head to this day.
It goes "cha cha cha"
https://phixel.bandcamp.com/track/lemonade-2 or https://dynastic.bandcamp.com/track/caldecott
neither of these were in a genre I'd usually consider, but they got me into it. still when I listen to either, they're in my head all day.

It is more "stuck for a lifetime", because this song saved my life and will stay on my "emergency playlist" forever. She sings out of my soul, when depression has me and at the same time sings hope into my soul, if that makes any sense, because it is so hard to describe.
I wish that for every human a song exists that can do that for them!
The last one : crumbling castle from lizard wizard.
theme from the movie Gladiator
I watched Girls5Eva recently and knew instantly I was doomed.
Yygdrasil is the one that's been stuck in my head for a year. The other son of odin is pretty 🔥 as well
This happened with few songs, for me.
