The republican tax cuts for the rich and their failed wars since Regan cover the entire deficit and then some.

I grow more convinced every day that the explicit goal of the Republicans as a whole is to destroy the US - economically, politically and socially - so that they and their cronies and patrons can (so they hope) buy up pretty much everything of value, completely jettison any notion of liberty, justice and democracy and build a theocratic, feudalistic autocracy essentially from the ground up.
They aren't undermining foreign relations, destroying the economy and destabilizing the country as some sort of side effect of their agenda - undermining foreign relations, destroying the economy and destabilizing the country is the agenda.
They're basically running the US like venture capital, stripping the wiring from the walls.
I think you mean private equity, which act as the scavengers of the economy, dismantling companies and selling them off piece by piece. Venture capital is about funding 20 startups and hoping one of them becomes the next Google.
They may have meant to say "vulture capital," which is a term sometimes used for that kind of private equity firm.
Huh, yeah, must have got my demons mixed up.
Oh no this is literally what they want to do. Elon musk is at the forefront of it and is straight up too stupid to realize it'll leave him worse off.
When Trump started behaving erratically I considered the possibility of the US defaulting on its debt, now I consider it a certainty. The consequences of this are hard to fathom.
I think they could just print money to pay instead of defaulting because the debt is denominated in USD (still disastrous though).
That would make the usd worthless.
I think some people in the admin actually want that. A lot of them are heavily into crypto and other assets such as real-estate, and they won't be able to balance trade as long as the USD is the world's reserve currency.
What most people will offer as the result: Some economic results, a stagnant economy where no borrowing is possible. Loss of all ratings from the world bank. Debt repayment systems that cripple economic growth.
What actually tends to happen historically: Massive inflation and money loss due to it exiting the system. Fascism, mass killing, militarization of Government, invasions of smaller countries. Being a pariah state. Ultimately a world war against you.
TLDR: we're cooked. Hope you like lintels cause you won't even get that.
Anything would be tiresome if you had to eat it every day, but lentils can be pretty delicious. Unlimited options if you like Indian food too.
You don’t gotta throw lentils under the bus like that — I made lentil soup for the first time last year and loved it.
Do you mean lentils or are you suggesting we're going to be eating door jams?
Sorry I received an American education
If I could fully read this, I'd be very upset.
Jamb*
I hear boiled bark is "edible". Just make sure you get all the paint off first
... do they skill make wallpaper glue out of potato based starches?
