Lynched? Do you even know what that means?
Garcia had been to immigration court twice already. He was self admittedly in the country illegally. He was twice found by the immigration courts to be an MS13 member. He has tattoos that are believed to stand for MS13 on his knuckles, not the clearly photoshopped for reference letters.
And he wasn't given due process.
Which is dumb
He was given due process though. He was ordered to be deported back home to El Salvador, and then a second judge confirmed he was to be deported on appeal.
Why is the tattoos standing for MS13 “dumb”? They weren’t the only evidence he was ms13 anyway. He hung around self confessed gang members, which is a no no if you’re not a gang member yourself. Confidential informants confirmed he was a member too.
What due process do you believe he wasn’t given? Do I need to remind you that he is a citizen of El Salvador, and was in the USA illegally?
No he wasn't.
Pretty fucking self explanatory.
Maybe being deported without seeing a judge
So? Elon musk was in the us illegally, should he be sent to el Salvador?
Did you not read my post?
He had already seen a judge TWICE in relation to being deported. Both times they ruled to deport him.
You're gonna have to explain because no, it's not. The 4 symbols were determined to mean MS13 (Marijuana, Smile, etc). It's a giant coincidence if they just happened to spell out MS13 but aren't MS13, especially given his history with MS13 gang members.
I'm pretty sure he was in the US legally on a visa and that whole "he was here illegally" thing has been debunked. If Musk was ruled by 2 judges to be MS13 and to be deported then yeah, he should be sent to el salvador. Even the el salvador president says that Garcia is MS13 for crying out loud.
Unfortunately I did.
And he didn't see them.
It is a giant coincidence, because it actually means LDCB.
Oh right, the "grey" are he said he was in, right completely debunked.
Also if he actually had a chance to see judge before being black bagged, at least it would be a little fair. And what a stupid take, also taking the El Salvadoran presidents word for it is dumb
He didn't see what? That he was ordered to be deported? Yes he did - he actually showed up to those court dates back in 2019 lol.
lol so first everyone says that they don't mean anything, now they suddenly mean "LDCB"? Took you guys a few weeks to find something else you can try and claim they mean lol. Also google is turning up a blank for anything with garcia and LDCB.
What exactly do you think he needs to see ANOTHER judge for though?
In the country illegally? Check Citizen of El Salvador and only El Salvador? Check Determined to be a MS13 gang member? Check
What exactly do you think another court case would possibly do that the previous ones didn't? Seriously - what "due process" do you think someone who was twice ordered to be deported and determined to be a gang member missed out on when he got deported?
Uhuh and why is the administration calling his deportation an error?
Welcome to the world of sarcasm.
I don't know... due process?
How was his deportation an error then?
Trumps insistence on the matter doesn't make it true
Oh idk maybe because he deported in error?
They're not - they're saying that there was an administrative error on his paperwork. ie a typo, put something in the wrong box, etc. NOT that he shouldn't have been deported.
WHAT DUE PROCESS? He was ordered by 2 separate judges to be deported. He was there at those court cases. What due process did he not get? What specifically do you think should happen if he is brought back to the US for "due process" to happen? For a third judge to rule yes he is MS13 and yes he should be deported, like the first 2?
It wasn't, as I said above.
Trump has nothing to do with it. Trump wasn't the one that insisted he was an MS13 member. Trump wasn't either one of the judges back in 2019 who determined that he was MS13.
He wasn't.
So, ordering him to come back is what? Nothing?
Did you not see the interview? Lol
He was
The same people that ordered his deportation are not the same people ordering that they have to try and bring him back.
Trump wasn't the one that made the ruling that he was MS13. That was done by immigration and 2 separate judges 6 years ago, and then confirmed by the president of el salvador when he asked for him to be sent there. Trump was presenting the facts that he was ruled to be MS13 by 2 separate Judges and immigration.
why are they ordering him back?
And yet, that's not what happened.
It is though. What do you think happened?
Because they believe the stay of deportation overrides the illegal alien act that was used to deport him. That's up for debate, and hopefully will go through the courts to get a final ruling - though on the face of it it seems like it doesn't override it, so they were able to deport him.
It isn't though. You know what happened.
Spoiler, the us isn't at war
Ok so you disagree with them invoking the act that legally allows them to deport these gang members. Now we're getting somewhere, and now we can see why you believe that "due process" wasn't followed.
What happened is what I said happened. If you disagree, feel free to explain what you think happened. If you don't/can't, then we'll assume that you agree with what I said happened.
He's not part of ms13 by any credible means.
Nope, what happened is what i said happened. I've said my part already, you're welcome to assume whatever you want, doesn't make it any more true
2 separate judges/courts disagree with you, and somehow I think they probably had a bit more to work with than you do.
Right his finger tats. I forgot 🤣
You think the 2 separate courts/judges decided he was MS13 in 2019 based just on those finger tattoos?
