20th? Hahahaha I wish. I have applied to over 500 in the last few months. Keep interviewing. Just not getting a position.

You may need to do some brushing up on interview skills.

I always have the opposite problem - getting an interview. I've never interviewed for a job without getting the offer, but getting my resume past the fucking computers is a nightmare.

I have been getting second and third interviews. Even told "we may wrap this up next week" from HR. But no offers.

You guys are getting interviews? I can't even get a response. I write a cover letter every time and even tried lying on my resume. Nothing works, so I gave up and got a job at Amazon.
