To be fair, you are repeatedly quite inflammatory and borderline trolling, which is not the culture of this community at all, so I can understand why there is such a reaction. So, although like I said, this doesn't technically break any rules, it's clear that not many people like it.

On the Lemmy app I'm using that doesn't display correctly.

And then also just in a browser, it's not the same as an image link.

Thank you again for the suggestion, but this community will remain images only, and you can put a link in the description. That is the only way to ensure everyone gets a consistent experience regardless of how they access Lemmy.

This post has had a number of reports. It technically doesn't break any rules, and it's also on -74 votes, so I'm not going to remove it.

Thank you for the suggestion but I'm afraid it's screenshots only. The content on this community needs to be visible without leaving it. I would encourage users to add a link to the toot in the description however - I'll add this to the rules now.

That sounds great, I also miss match threads. You're hired!

will they still be like that in ten years?

Hey all, I've not been putting as much time into Lemmy as I thought I would, so I'm requesting applications for new mods! There isn't really anything to do in terms of reactive moderation, there's almost never any reports etc, but a proactive approach to growing the community, encouraging posts, and all that sort of thing would be great.

Let me know below if you are interested!

Should have expected this

Just a reminder that reporting posts you don't like (or that you disagree with, or that are disagreeing with you) but that do not break any rules is a waste of my time and yours. Downvote and move on. Repeat offenders will be banned.

If anyone's hankering after a 4e-alike that's actually good, try the new MCDM/Matt Colville RPG 'Draw Steel'.

I feel like this is the sort of conservation that conservatives should be all about. Rather than conserving wealth.

Something is afoot.

Danny Wallace: Diesel-smelling Top Gear host who threatened climate protestors misses butterflies.

I was told recently about a school that was shamed into changing its school motto.

The motto was "l hear, I see, I learn" Nothing wrong with that per se. Unfortunately the motto was in Latin, and the Latin for "l hear, I see, I learn" is "audio, video, disco
