The village of Radisson is the northernmost permanent Quebec settlement reachable solely by road from the southern area. Around 1210km from Gatineau, which would be a BAC of 0.242% mass per volume, over 3 times the limit for criminally impaired driving, but it probably wouldn't kill a chronic heavy drinker. Some settlements reachable by air are around 1800km away.
