"pussy" as in coward and "pussy" as in vagina are both references to cats. pussycats. we call cowards pussies because cats scare easily. we call vaginas pussies because they are soft and delicate (not actually, but that's how we want to treat them)

this doesn't have to be a misogyny thing, and anti-misogyny thing, or an anti-anti-misogyny thing. everyone just fucking chill out about this word, ffs

probably a lot less performant than doing it the old fashioned way. sometimes that matters. you should have the non-grid non-flex method half committed to memory. abusing flex or grid to save 2 lines of code is not a great practice, and having only one child element is usually a pretty clear sign that flex/grid is the wrong tool for the job

at the end of the day though do whatever you want, in fact why not just write a javascript function to recenter it every frame at 60fps cause 99.9% of the software 99.9% of people interact with is pure shit made by developers who don't care for users who don't care.

we live in a slop world, made by and for slop people who love slop. can you tell i've been awake for 30 hours? anyways...

I don't care one way or the other who uses Linux and who evangelizes or demonizes Linux. I just find bandwagoning and anti-bandwagoning kind of offensive on a visceral level. Think for yourself breh. Letting strangers pull levers and push buttons in your brain is gross.

KDE is objectively the better DE from a technical standpoint (in my objective opinion) but sometimes GNOME just feels right in the moment. I have both installed and switch between them all the time

Letting other people make decisions for you like that is weak-willed. My interest in things is intrinsic and isn't affected by external factors, yours should be too

Nah, I really don't think anyone is naturally computer savvy. Computers are literally the furthest thing from nature in existence. Some children are given the freedom and/or encouragement to explore computers, and some aren't. Giving a child an iPhone or an iPad as their first computer is the opposite of this, btw.

Edit: For the record, nobody I know who uses a terminal on a daily basis used it in class for the first time.

You're delusional in the other direction. Take the normalpill, bro. Reality is more or less neutral to you almost all the time.

dude, 15 minutes? I watched my friend take a dab for the first time and he was unresponsive for two fucking hours. He was standing upright staring at the horizon without moving an inch. He only spoke once, about an hour in, and he said "time is nothing"

At this point, if we were smart, we would recognize that this thing is going nowhere and leverage it to drive the renewables market. The planet will be sterile before any revolution happens. Capitalism is another thing that is going nowhere. But you can fold it in on itself to trick it into actually doing something good for a change.

Gotta play the hand you're dealt.

You're the one completely missing here. This meme is ineffective because flip flops are manufactured everywhere and nobody screws them up. So what could have been a slam dunk here is more like OP slamming their forehead on the rim. Anyone who doesn't have their head up their ass or zero clue about how reality works see this and just thinks "nah that's fake" and they're correct in saying that media literacy is dead because this is getting way more genuine engagement than rock bottom low effort propaganda should get.

any country that invades mainland US is gonna be erased from reality. it's funny for a second until I remember how many millions of innocent deaths that would mean
