Pete Strzok, now podcast cohost of Cleanup On Aisle 45 commented that seeing RFKjr in this pic reminded him of the old drug-cartel vetting practice of getting the new guy to sample the product (by nose or freebase, usually) to show that they're true undergrounders and not a law-enforcement plant.
