I see I misread this and skipped the NOT in the meme, so thought this was pro racist couch fucking. Thanks for clarifying.
I think the confusion comes from the fact that JD Vance isn't actually a couch fucker. So this has a mix of real valid criticism and made up meaningless criticism. As the result, one might interpret it as somebody saying Trump isn't all those things, because "it's made up like the second half of the sentence".
It looks to me like you guys have cornered yourself into picking between a racist rapist felon and whoever else is the second choice. Under the circumstances, it seems that manipulating the public into picking whoever must be picked is rather trivial.
