The fact that you even compare the two events is ridiculous.

One is an ongoing genocide, tens of thousands of people mostly women and children being slaughtered or in your example, starved to death while the perpetrators are laughing.

The meme is about an individual idiot that decided to break the law, participate in an insurrection and caught a bullet. She knew it was risky, did it anyway.
