It's always the orange one...
My adopted orange gets himself into a similar pickle. Turns out the poor little baby has arthritis. And maybe more. Still awaiting all his blood test results.... Make him a ramp, or something. My cat trees have all sorts of added boards connecting to book cases and built in cupboards, and limit how high he has to jump It's not pretty, but I don't care. It widens his world and gives him places to retreat to in peace.

The problem here is clearly neurological (i.e., it's some other orange cat's turn with the neuron).
That cat needs to lose some serious weight!
Maybe the camera adds 10 pounds, which matters more when you are only 10 to begin with
