Wash the chicken and season with salt and pepper, then fry. Remove from the pan and briefly fry the finely chopped ginger and garlic. Add coconut milk, lime juice, salt, pepper, honey, cumin, chilli flakes and fish sauce. Add the fried chicken and leave to cook for 15 minutes. Finally, season to taste with lime zest. But your's looks nice too! I'll give it a try for sure!

Just free form the rice because rice molds look like it’s from the eighties or a cafeteria.

did you marinate beforehand or just season and bread?

Just salt and pepper and then fry it from both sides for a couple of minutes
