Curious flag, looks like a cream-filled candy cross section
The colors are great there, it works surprisingly well.
I quite like the flag of Tanzania
And also Nauru, which is really helpful of you want to remember which hemisphere Nauru is (just barely) located on
Mozambique for sure, I'm not from there, never been there, don't even really want to go, idt I've even met someone from there, but that flag with the AK goes so hard I want it on a shirt.
Japan, just a red dot
The old one was better!
The old one is also seen as as bad as the flag of Nazi Germany in East and Southeast Asia. Imperial Japan was extremely brutal, and the use of the rising sun flag in modern times is a symbol of fascism in Japan, like the swastika.
All that aside, just based on looks alone, way better flag. The other flag of the emperor with the chrysanthemum is cool too, but I'm sure that one is seen similarly.
Nobody has mentioned Kyrgyzstan yet
Can anyone verify if Kyrgyztan is indeed, full of gamers?

The flag of the Chinook Nation is one I recall seeing and thinking it was very unique, memorable, and aesthetically pleasing.
I also like the trident on the flag of Barbados.

Someone else mentioned Seychelles, so I'll also throw in the rather awesome, Jamaica:
To my knowledge, Jamaica's is the only national flag to not contain red, white or blue.

Flag of Iran, or the flag of the Kingdom of Hejaz (gone). Nothing political about those choices in particular, i just think their flags are the prettiest.
Iran flag is peak design.
