If such organization acted even once, it would be instantly on the news all over the world.
Yeah, if you think the manhunt on Luigi Mangione was over the top, wait until someone takes a shot at an ICE agent 'trying to protect the country from illegal immigrants' or however Trump would frame it.
If anyone wanted to try it, they'd need impeccable opsec, because everyone in law enforcement will be looking for them.
