As usual, the only real answer is either an appeal to tradition or an appeal to authority
No, you don't get it. Helping trans kids to go thru their desired puberty is an irreversible decision they are too young to make on their own. On the other hand, deciding to do nothing and send them thru their naTuRal puberty is as irreversible but you increase their risk for suicide. It's literally the trolley problem but there is no one on the lane when you pull the trigger.
