Reggaeton star Nicky Jam seems to be rolling back his support for Donald Trump after the Republican nominee mistakenly introduced him as a “hot” woman at a Las Vegas rally over the weekend.

Jam initially made light of the gaffe in an Instagram post—its caption referred to himself, in Spanish, as a “hot woman,” accompanied by no fewer than 22 crying-laughing emojis. But, as of Sunday night, the post had been deleted. The comment section on his most recent post before it, which was unrelated to Trump, was also deactivated.

Jam’s Trump endorsement, amplified by the buzz surrounding the awkwardly inaccurate rally introduction, has made him the subject of relentless criticism—and mockery—across the internet.

Republicans think misgendering people is all fun and games until it happens to them.

Republicans think denying women healthcare if they miscarry it's a good plan until it happens to their loved ones.

Republicans think that having an abortion is a decision full of hate and evil until their daughter wants one.

Republicans think that having active shooters in schools is a mildly unfortunate consequence of important gun freedoms until it happens in their children's schools.

But also republicans are surprised and hurt that their good republican friends aren't supportive when they are the victim of republican behaviour and politics.

"It's not a problem unless it's happened to me" is why people are right wing. It's being self absorbed turned into a political movement for the advancement of shareholder profits.

Until their daughter wants one, or their mistress wants one, or the person they raped wants one

Exactly. Thats why(usually) far-righters are white. They never had to experience hate, discrimination, abuse, etc so it easy for them to say they "are the best ones" and then ususally they make policies that also affect them but they usually ignore their own laws(hitler did that). And the last thing is, im a cishet(mostly) white man so if i recognise this i dont think its hard, they are just idiots or sheep being led into hate.
