I‘m not supporting the extermination of any population. Peaceful coexistence is the only way forward. You want a continued eternal war against a stronger enemy regardless of how many Palestinians die for it.

The Allies could have put you in those chambers, but they didn’t.

My grandfather was one of the millions of Germans ethnically cleansed at the end of the war. Many of my family died during the flight.

You can't claim you want peace when they're shooting at aid distributors and actively and vocally trying to starve the population. That's ethnic cleansing and no amount of sob story is going to make you on the right side on this one.

Total Israel deaths including Oct 7 and all their soldiers ≈1700.

Total civilian deaths in Gaza ≈57,000

Or like 33 times as many civilians mostly those under 18 because almost all of the population of Gaza in under 18 and weren't even alive when Hamas was arguably elected.

Most of those were killed during only one day.

Killed over the course of two years. There’s no separate numbers for civilians and combatants in Gaza.

Not enough dead Jews is what you’re complaining about?

Ahh so it's time based morality huh? If I just genocide slow enough it's ok?

Not enough dead Jews is what you’re complaining about?

You'd have to be a complete moron to jump to that conclusion so I guess hello moron, what color marker shall you huff today?

Most of those were killed during only one day.

Mostly soldiers. The real number is closer to 900. The Israeli army killed many Israelis and tourists in the process of fighting back.

IDF officers invoked defunct ‘Hannibal Protocol’ during Oct. 7 fighting – report

Israeli forces accused of killing their own citizens under the 'Hannibal Directive' during October 7 chaos

Israel accused of risking hostage lives by invoking controversial ‘Hannibal Directive’ during 7 October attack

Killed over the course of two years. There’s no separate numbers for civilians and combatants in Gaza.

Over 70% of Gaza was destroyed, and the number of dead is most probably over 100,000 with 70% being women and children. How does a one-day terror attack justify over 600 days of siege, forced famine and displacement? Collective punishment is a war crime.

70% being women and children

That number is false according to statistics of the Hamas run Gaza health ministry.

https://www.goodshepherdcollective.org/data/gaza_deaths

Keep in mind as well that young adults aged 17 and 16 year old combatants are counted as children here.

How does a one-day terror attack justify over 600 days of siege, forced famine and displacement? Collective punishment is a war crime.

Hamas continues to hold hostages, continues to fight using civilians as cover, and refuses to surrender. Any government who cares about their civilians and infrastructure would have surrendered long ago.

displacement

Evacuation of civilians from combat areas is legal and even required under international humanitarian law.

Collective punishment is a war crime

Yes, Israel has been doing some questionable actions in this war.

questionable actions in this war.

Willful murder of thousands of civilians and vocally starving a population. Have you any more euphemisms for war crimes? Maybe oopsie daisies, whoopsie doodles?

You can blame the leadership of the west for that, however quite a few of them enabling Israel are doing so because of false majority results of the elections with first-past-the-post. You dont see Spain or Ireland enabling Israel because proportional representation keeps them accountable to the majority of voters.

And you can't personally blame the above commenter for the evil actions of others.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 days ago

No you can blame Israel the people pulling the trigger.

No I can blame them for refusing to see the forest for the trees. Both can be bad one just isn't actively genociding the other.
