You can blame the leadership of the west for that, however quite a few of them enabling Israel are doing so because of false majority results of the elections with first-past-the-post. You dont see Spain or Ireland enabling Israel because proportional representation keeps them accountable to the majority of voters.
And you can't personally blame the above commenter for the evil actions of others.
No you can blame Israel the people pulling the trigger.
No I can blame them for refusing to see the forest for the trees. Both can be bad one just isn't actively genociding the other.
