No conflict at all in my mind. Leave no evidence of being there. Put out a few cameras to catch the faces of anyone entering. Call the cops and the DEA, and stay clear til the dust settles.

It could be a serious criminal organization that breaks into other people's properties to store something illegal that could get you, the landlord, jailed, not even talking about other things like violence. This isn't your friend growing a bud and sharing it with others, this shit looks morally uncomfortable.
