Source? Some googling turned up nothing like this.
Something I occasionally think about- /r/conspiracy was always full of nazis, but it truly bloomed into its current incarnation of terrifying nonsense once twitter and 4chan screenshots became accepted sources. I hate seeing twitter screenshots on lemmy.

I wasn't convinced entirely, but the proliferation of double letters in the username instilled in me a sense of blind confidence and loyalty that I'm not sure any news outlets actually reporting from there could easily match
They’re clearly not the main stream media, and you’ve done your own research. What more could we ask for in these halcyon days of amateur expert opinion?
