The smell of raw celery makes me nauseous, especially when cut. Cooked in things I find the texture off-putting and tasteless, compounding the unwanted crunch added to something that shouldn't crunch.

Cooked celery is not supposed to be crunchy. Grandma's recipe is cursed. I bet her broccoli is crunchy too, that's why it gets a bad rep.

Overcooked yes, but crunchy veggies are gross. It's a real drama now where I live, all the veggies are under cooked.

There’s undercooked, but also perfectly crunchy when cooked right. Matter of opinion, I like my broc with a nice crunch. But also eat raw broccoli, so
