I just noticed that there are quite a few users on Reddit from r/WorldNews who are defending Israel unequivocally and when I checked some of the users they seemed to be engaging on topics only about Israel/Palestine and they seem to be extremely active, so I have checked the Internet and there are even some older BBC article and Reddit posts discussing exactly this issue: https://www.bbc.com/news/blogs-news-from-elsewhere-23695896

I checked r/worldnews a few days ago and the comment is absolutely flooded with pro-israel and mainly support the disproportionate respond. Any anti-israel comment will either downvoted to hell or removed. I thought astro-turfing, but then i guess you don't really need to get paid to defend something unethical.

Or maybe they're israeli, there's a lot of israeli enjoying the slaughter and even called it "Pallywood", the term coined by conspiracy theorist in early 2000, arguing the Palestinian has been faking their death.
