Noodlers ink btw.

Doing more writing by hand lately and was looking at some new ink. Now I've got to find other achivist ink cause I'm sure as hell not giving money to someone who dogwhistles about "western civilisation" and brands with that racist's flag from the usa.

Sigh. I just liked the green.

Me: Wow that's quite a selection, any recommendations to get started?

Clerk: Oh but of course, if we just start with the basic questions: Does Madame have a light or heavy touch? Are you interested in any particular style of script or application? Your opinions on, ah, significant happenings in the latter half of oh 1945?

Me: Sorry I think you lost me there. I'm just looking to take some notes, mark up some documents. Nothing terrifically particular.

Clerk: And ah Madame's opinions...?

Me: confused stare

Clerk: Ah but perhaps you are shy, I am after all a stranger. Well many start here with the a lammy a brand known for quality German make covering the basics to the ostentatious. My cousin actually, he just got married and his groom, lovely man, gifted him this particular model on their honeymoon looks for reaction a lovely gesture no?

Me: Well that's a very nice pen but I'm looking for something I won't feel too bad about losing on a train.
