I’ve wanted to suggest things like this, only frustration I can think of is, could you risk glittering an innocent bystander and having people accuse them of being ICE later.
Should try that die they use when you steal shit. That stuff lasts forever. How does one bulk buy that. Nothing a squirty water bottle, water gun or balloon couldn't handle either.

Gestapo did not wear masks and they had their legal documentation/warrants ready and available. They were not hiding.
All public facing media was controlled by the state in Germany. That's not possible anymore without killing all the electronics and means of sharing media, aka the internet.
If camera phones and the internet were available then they absolutely would have hidden their face, in the beginning at least
I mean.. In some ways maybe that is not worse. Perhaps there is some shame associated with working for ICE.
It's not shame they feel, it's about self-preservation. They know that if everyone knew who they were they would be reprisals.
If anybody knew who any of these guys were, and worked out where they lived, I wouldn't give them 24 hours. Eventually they'll deport the wrong person and someone with a gun will decide that the ends justify the means, and that'll be that. It will probably spark a massive military escalation on trump's part, but it won't matter to them.
