i think you demand warrant, listen very carefully to legal gibberish they are saying, if they don't say court order and show it, it's all nonsense. don't let them in if it's not court . they can say warrant, they can enter if you let them in to show it to you, but you are not obliged to comply unless it's court order signed by judge. Non-compliance doesn't mean resistance, legally, tho, you just aren't obligated to listen to anything they are asking

it's a construction site so from my understanding it's ultimately up to the owner whether to let them in or not
they will be at jobsite near the gates tho? the person answering the door is the one with the power to open it
