Maybe some dried petals of a local flower?

Organics by themselves aren't a deal breaker, and dried petals could work well. One of the main concerns (but not the only) is that an animal ends up in the experiment, and therefore the rocket, because that's a big no-no. Petals are thin, and difficult to hide in. I'll put that on the list of things to maybe send up.

tiny mineral collection

Seems cool in principle, but I'd fear that vibration + tiny rocks could wreck havoc. Maybe if I epoxy the rocks in place? But even then.

ROM of Super Mario Bros for NES

No can do

I'm suggesting a few things and seeing if you like anything

You can keep 'em coming, I'll probably only start winding down the additions in like mid-June (or maybe July?).

Almost! Though it will be a while until it's shipped to the launch site, and even longer until it's actually launched. Even if it would be launching at it's earlier possible date, I could still be gathering stuff from y'all.

I think putting drugs in it would be, sadly, a poor idea. Organic material on it's own tends to be a little problematic, though manageable.

I could include instructions on how to do some particular drugs, if you want.

Somebody mentioned this last time, and I meant to include it, I guess it slipped my mind. Thanks for reminding me!

Wheatley and Gerard will be going up, thanks for the suggestion!

I mean, I think you'd be able to verify. It'd be a photo similar to one on the Blue Origin website, but at a different angle (an angle that doesn't exist in any other public photo). And, as a bonus, there shouldn't be any way to tie it to the real me (long story, but trust).

Anyone can just pay Blue Origin (or SpaceX or whoever) for space on their rockets. I didn't pay for it personally, of course, but when the stuff that payload was bought for was built, there was spare mass, volume, and time, so I got pretty broad discretion to do whatever I want, provided it's all within the guidelines and outside of the 9-5.

tl;dr: engineer at cool place

If anyone else has something they want me to send up, reply with it.

The launch got pushed back a little, so I've got a fair amount of time to add what you want (the "real" payloads basically done already). Launches are basically never on time, lol.

If anyone wants proof, I'm perfectly willing to DM some Blue Origin stuff that shouldn't be public (it probably shouldn't dox me). I'll be responsive for the next day or two, then probably again in a few weeks.
