You are free to advocate for reforming the existing state into a multi-ethnic state with freedom of religion for all.

A state is nothing more than the sum of its parts and a lable. If you insist that the existing state needs to be destroyed first than that is against German law, and honestly I see no reason for that (other than that all states should be destroyed and not be replaced with other states ✊).

States rarely get destroyed, but sometimes they get absorbed and/or change their system of governance 🤷 South Africa still exists, as does Rhodesia (modern day Zimbabwe) to name two examples that often come up in relation to Israel.

Have you even read the official feddit.org announcement? There is nothing in there that would prevent a serious discussion of the atrocities of the Israeli government. They simply ask to not call for ethnic clensing of an entire group of people or to relativise the holocaust. That is an extremely low bar (which should be common sense) and if that prevents you from participating in feddit.org comms that is really a you problem.

"This extreme" apparently means now allowing pretty much everything except relativising the holocaust and calling for ethnic cleansing of jews. And no, those things are very much not allowed in Germany.

If you deny any genocide including one of Palestinians that is against Feddit.org instance rules and will likely get you banned.

I find the restrictions relatively reasonable, and in my circle of radical leftists outside of Germany (I don't live in Germany), it is really rare that anyone would run into issues with those rules. Of course I am highly against the police raiding homes in reaction to such kind of speech, but this is the reality in Germany that I can't change.

If it is normal in your personal circle to advocate for the expulsion of an entire group of people from a territory they have lived on all their life or to make comments relativising the holocaust, I strongly recommend you look for less shitty friends. And if you don't see how that relates to the rules in question you need to seriously educate yourself about the fucked up situation in the middle-east.
