for emulation, get that myrient.erista.me going, hosted by the people behind the hshop service for jailbroken 3ds-es. for the ps3 you need to decrypt the isos which is confusing for newcomers, but PS3Dec works in a pinch
how to use ps3dec (under linux, at least. you can get it through the aur by getting the "ps3dec-git" package):
PS3Dec d key (key file's contents. should be a hexadecimal or whatever) [iso name] [iso output name]
on jailbroken ps3s with the evilnat cfw, you could place both key files in the same directory on your ps3 and it'll decrypt it but i never got that working
