Sure.

At the same time, I can enjoy a great steak every now and again, and I can travel with my children to make sure they know their great grandmother in a different country every two years. And I can do those things and not feel bad because 80% of the time we do our part. Corpos, by comparison, are not pulling their weight, and they are already most of the problem.

In the most non-judgemental way possible, I have literally no idea what you or the person you are responding to are talking about, and it smells totally delusional.

Glad you are living your best life, but there's some weird non-confrontational false equivalence that is extremely goofy here.

How about everyone who says it's the job of the little guy to fix the climate problem kicks a rock and governments, shipping companies, cruise lines, airlines, industrial farmers, etc PUT DOWN THE FORK.

Every individual in every country is not responsible for allowing year over year profits in industries that ignore the writing on the wall.

That would depend on the vegan.

That is a MOSTLY shaved raccoon.

Live your best life yo, and have fun doing you. It would be cool to be young and know everything again.

You don't engage with new communities, neat. I like to keep an eye open, because out of infinity - 1000, there are still infinite communities I MIGHT like. Or even infinite - 2000 I don't like too. Look at all the math I can do. Here's an emoji 😍. Shut up, dude. Tell all your friends how well you know yourself, your perspective is still fucking stupid.

Belittled because, here on the net, you are little. Just like everyone else.

Really? I remember being so jazzed the first time I got to run cloud on the open world.

The only thing I enjoyed about midgar from the original was the flashbacks to sephiroth, and remake substitutes with the ghost stuff.

I've got maybe 50? But you can't get new ones without browsing "All" or searching for specific stuff. If you don't know what you're looking for "All" is the only way to find new communities.

The Chocobo breeding is the best and worst part, because it's so satisfying when you get the gold one.

How do you know what new things you have no interest in? I block the stuff I don't like, I sub what I definitely do like (and occasionally browse it), and the rest I am happy to watch pass by and give up- or downvotes accordingly.

This is like asking "why would you go to a new website when you already know what you like?" Or "why would you go to a new place to look for friends or dates when you know you like people at XXX place?".

Frankly, sorry, this perspective of "anything I haven't subbed I obviously don't like" is pretty fuckin stupid. Don't feel bad though, you aren't alone thinking it.

FF7 remake.

I just wanted to get out of midgar and now I gotta Chocobo network between cities? Ugh... No thanks.

Midgar was worst part of the original, and it's dragged out and much worse in the remake... But at least I got to do squats in a gym with gender ambiguous NPCs like every anime fan craves, so I guess that's cool /s.

The original is so great, but this one is just grinding with gender and sexuality issues turned up to 13.

To uh

...

Do an inside job.

😬

I have been using the Kasa (TP-Link) branded smart switches around my house, but now that I have a few third reality zigbee sensors for my doors and so on, I am seeing the value of using more outlets/switches that act as zigbee repeaters. Do any of you have pretty reasonable (and cheapish) smart light switches or outlets I can invest in? The Amazon offerings are in the $50 each one which is pretty steep, though I guess I could just do one each room and do the rest with Kasa stuff.

I would like to expand the zigbee mesh network so I can use the devices where I actually want them without using smart outlet devices plugged into real outlets all over the place. If there was something that was $20 or less each item that would be super excellent. The wife and I plan to move in the not too distant future and I'd like to replace the "in the wall" stuff so that HA works throughout the house and I don't have plugs / dongles / wall warts all over the place.

Thanks in advance for any insight!

Really enjoying nvim-dap-ui lately, but I always have to adjust the sizes of the windows. The docs have left me high and dry so far, but maybe one of you have a good solution for a consistent layout when you first attach to a file?

I saw a post of the guy doing NFC to get various disney+ and Netflix shows. I've installed an integration with ADB... and have no idea how to proceed. Any of you have yaml snippets I can steal to that end?

I really want to be able to turn on the lights, turn on the TV, and start cocomelon for my daughter on Netflix in the basement as a one stop script, but I apparently am not smart enough.

The other guy link is in Reddit so I'm not going to link it but it is really easy to find on Google: an NFC card system for Netflix.

Thanks!
