They are mostly made by our defense contractors - Raytheon, Halliburton, lockeed Martin, etc.
It’s more about getting the republicans on record with a vote on a clean bill. Hard to campaign when you voted no on voting rights.
This really tripped me out and took me a minute to tell what was happening.
