Considering how the Arab world at large never agreed with the terms of Israel's conquest, this makes sense.

Zionists don't argue in good faith.

And every magic tech that didn't become widespread had this phase.

What's your point?

What would that accomplish?

This is what happens as the disparity in wealth grows.

This is why Americans hate China. It's legitimate competition for them.

So hard to get excited over new processors when what we have is already so powerful.

I guess I'll be excited by the 7000 series or so.

So you're saying everyone should be hired with the expectation that they will receive months of paid leave for having a child?

Nothing about this is 'toxic masculinity.' It's how the working world works, lol. You'll understand that when you're older.

Do companies have to pay employees for months while they're not doing any work?

Or is it the government who allocates taxes to fund maternity leave?

As a business owner, a woman would have to provide enough value to the company to make up for potentially missing months of work while being paid in order to get hired over a man with no such risk.

Unfortunately, the "linux-first" vendors do not offer better deals than their competition.

I wish I had sex as a kid, but porn was a nice substitute.

What about it?

Edit: He just downvoted me without an answer, so we can safely assume he has no real argument.

It is the fault of the constituency. People can run for office while opposing Israel, but voters have been brainwashed into thinking otherwise.

I used to think that there would be 1, main 'Fediverse' with all of the 'big instances' connected to each other. The recent Threads debacle has shown me otherwise.

The point of the Fediverse is that there is no one single entity, or group of entities, dominating it all.

Right now it feels like whatever the big instances do, we kind of have to go along with to be a part of anything. As the Fediverse grows, there will be more options to suit different types of users.

I think it's fine if big instances federate with Threads and it's fine if they don't. People can just join instances that align with what they want. It's not like defederating means being cut out of the Fediverse, that's not possible.

Great design. I'm eager to see how it plays out.

It seems like France stands out among terrorist attacks in the news. Is it because they are more likely to be critical of Muslim culture than other European nations? Is it because there is a security failure allowing terrorist to come in and organize better?
