Just because it's not officially supported does not mean it's released.

And it was released in 2013. This post title doesn't make much sense.

After adopting the southern strategy, the only states rights that republicans care about are states rights to make their elections more rigged, persecute non-whites, and bully anyone that doesn't fit in.
