I bet you could create a system that runs someone user and domain thru a hash to produce a different alphanumeric value. Display that value instead of user@domain.
So not exactly like 4chan, in that everyone has a user. But a username that is isolated from rest of fediverse. That would allow for 'confessions' type posts to not be linked to a standard account. And preserve ability of mods to ban the racists and trolls.
I'm not coder. But it seems possible.

This must be just a setup to a historic big dick joke.

I'm not talking about suspend resume. I'm talking about saving in the middle of a boss fight, and reloading back to the middle of boss fight if you can't beat it.
Some people might say that's cheating. But if you are facing a tough game, and you have limited time, save states can be really helpful for feeling like you were able to overcome a challenge, but in a manageable timeframe.
Or, just being able to skip thru repeating dialogue or cutscenes.
Save states are the only way I was able to get thru harder older games like mega man

  • commercial vacancy tax
  • second home tax
  • zoning reforms to increase density
  • ADU legislation
  • tax reforms like reducing property taxes for cheap property and increasing property taxes for expensive properties.

I haven't tried it myself. But, if time is your main constraint, and if a switch emulator has it, save states may be really helpful. Saving during the middle of a boss or puzzle can be a time saver. Restarting in the middle of a boss fight or puzzle so you don't have to return to the beginning each time you screw up.

All jokes aside, nerdy hobby clubs seem like a good meeting place.

For every nerdy, socially maladjusted fish, there's another 10 swimming around in the sea. If relationships are a journey you have lots of people around that you could choose to take that journey with.

The actual weirdest trade deal would be one where we export weabos to Japan

The only way to print this is from a sketchy site or Etsy. Mainstream sites won't print it because it's 'glorifying violence'. Print it for cheap and then send $10 to his givesendgo

Comment: from the thumbnail /title I have no idea what this is about. Suggest making that clearer so people know whether to click.
If you have 1 min of something that really stands out, and stands on its own, make a short.

I think I handled it well.
I told them yes in a longx50 time. While I was wiping their butt. Then they asked if they were going to die. I told them maybe, when they are an old old old lady like Grandma.
That seemed to go well enough.

A proposed California ballot initiative, named after alleged UnitedHealthcare CEO killer Luigi Mangione, has been recently submitted to the California Attorney General’s Office.

The initiative would make it illegal for an insurance company to “delay, deny or modify any medical procedure or medication” suggested by a licensed physician in the Golden State, which could have serious consequences such as “disability, death, amputation, permanent disfigurement, loss or reduction of any bodily function,”

This is the only voice I hear that gets at the actual issue facing our politics and economy.

San Francisco Mayor Daniel Lurie is ordering thousands of city employees back to the office at least four days a week, part of a move to strengthen city services while injecting life into the city’s struggling downtown.

In a memo obtained by SFGATE, Lurie set an April 28 deadline for full implementation, directing the Department of Human Resources to oversee the transition. The order primarily affects around 10,000 office-based employees who currently work hybrid schedules.

TLDR: looking for a way to share spiderman with young children without violence or inducing ADD in child.

I have a 4 year old that I have pretty successfully sheltered from media. She's watched some stuff - but think PBS instead of cocomelon - slower paced and no cuts every 5 seconds and noises / explosions / annoying blippi people. I think that's the right choice and we're doing well with it.

However, her friends, mostly boys, at day care all like to play spiderman. She gets enough about it to play along in the game. But she has never seen media about spiderman. And hasnt watched anything with violence - thats scary for her.

I'd like to share the character with her to help her with fitting in - while sticking to our media rules, in a kid friendly way. My first thought was comic books - but even those are pretty advanced for a 4 year old. I could edit down one of the spiderman movies into a few clips and show that.

But - would appreciate your suggestions. Do you have any spiderman books / media that you think are age appropriate?
