Obvious question - why did this man have a firearm? Was he allowed to own firearms? Did get a gun from a grey or black market?
Is it allegedly pointed a gun at them, at this stage? I don't know how things like body cam footage work there.

There's police brutality, but taking out a gun and pointing it at an officer is probably going to get you shot fairly quickly
