I don't think Trump's regime is going to work that hard at deporting everyone to the right country. She might end up in Mexico or even Rwanda.

Find someone to officiate a marriage and then there's no problem
Still need to apply for a green card from the Federal government. Marriage certificates from State/local governments are not sufficient on their own. You're basically trying to prove that the marriage is legit.
Getting a green card, even after marriage, typically takes 6 months at a minimum. If they started the process now, she could still be deported within Trump's 100 days
For now. What if they change the rules and retro the law to apply to anyone? "Can't happen." We'll see I guess.
I would like to say that SCOTUS is about to have bigger fish to fry than one Colombian getting married to stay in the country.

Nope. Immigration is a process or an action, synonymous to 'movement', you cannot obtain it. You obtain a visa or a permit to perform immogration.
You can say it but it won't mean anything. Also "is absolutely mute" should be "are absolutely moot" and the semicolon is used incorrecty.
Obtain legal immigration status is how i would phrase it.
If you attain something, you gain it or achieve it, often after a lot of effort.

How about the sun?
Launching things into the sun takes a lot of energy and complex calculations. It's interestingly easier to send something out of the solar system than into the sun
To be perfectly honest, I'm not actually worried about whether or not he makes it to the sun.
