Much better them than Liz Cheney.

[–] [email protected] 12 points 1 day ago

Apparently even insane people know not to vote for a fascist!

WHOOP WHOOP!

Juggalos have always been weirdly wholesome and okay as people. Yeah, it's a weird subculture to me. But not bad. The biggest negative I can say about the juggalos that I've met is that they all want to talk about ICP and marijuana all the time. But they treat people decently, and seem to be fairly progressive. I can live with that.

Fucking MAGAs, how do they work?

No really, how do you function being so god damn stupid you think a man who qualifies for being the Beast of Revelation is God's Chamion?

[–] [email protected] 6 points 2 days ago

It's racism. Always has been.

[–] [email protected] 15 points 2 days ago (2 children)

even if i dont care for everything else they represent, i applaude their touch of sensibility here

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 day ago (1 children)

They are famous and that's all that matters in amerikkka

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 day ago

and thats one of their more boggling representations

A guy in clown makeup calling himself Violent J: "I am endorsing Kamala Harris because she's a Democrat and I love my mom."

Really hard to argue... For several reasons

[–] [email protected] 44 points 2 days ago

They don't know how magnets work but they know fascists suck.

[–] [email protected] 15 points 2 days ago

Hopefully that helps with Michigan.

The Daily Show’s Troy Iwata did an excellent piece about the Gathering of the Juggalos. I wonder if his interview with Violent J had an effect on this decision.

Edit: oh, I posted this before I read the article. This interview is what they’re considering the endorsement.

If you haven't seen it, American Juggalo is a very good short documentary on the subject. They are mostly a bunch of outcasts that have found a place to express themselves and find like minded individuals. A surprisingly wholesome and accepting crowd.....minus the violence lol

Makes sense, Juggalos hate fascists and despite Kamala being a cop, Trump is the bigger fascist.

Although it is weird to see Eminem and ICP on the same side of something.

[–] [email protected] 9 points 1 day ago

Also Taylor Swift. What a world we live in.

I was curious so I looked it up.

In 1997 Eminem put out flyers for a show that said "with ICP (maybe)"

And they got kind of pissed about that, which they have a right to. But they've been over it for 20 years now.

Fucking crazy it's 2024 and that was almost 30 years ago.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (1 children)

I would have shown up if I were them-surprise Eminem at his own show and support the Michigan music scene at once.

Edit: perhaps not just the Michigan music scene, I assumed this was before Eminem got big, but 1997 is definitely after his big break

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 day ago

1997 was before his big break. At this point, he was Rap Olympics famous, not signed to Dr. Dre famous.

As an old wrestling fan from the late 90s, how did 2024 manage to make me cheer for the ICP while booing the undertaker and Steve Austin?

[–] [email protected] 5 points 2 days ago (2 children)
[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 day ago

Hulk Hogan's been a known POS for a long time. I held out hope about guys like undertaker at least being reasonably people

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 day ago

Fuckin Hulkster man, but it turns out he's always been a dick, ask Jesse Ventura

[–] [email protected] 21 points 2 days ago (2 children)

Cuz Steve always sucked

3:16 is how many dicks he sucked at a time and for how many hours

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 day ago

I guess I wasn't really watching wrestling by then, but recently I found out that he was on the run for like a couple days and surrendered to police in 2002 after beating the shit out of his wife Debra. Dude is a piece of shit.

[–] [email protected] 26 points 2 days ago

Hey, let's not discourage dick sucking marathons.

[–] [email protected] 48 points 2 days ago (1 children)

I was undecided, but this did it for me.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 day ago (1 children)

So you’re a juggalo now?

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Well, your mom got that clussy, so...

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 day ago

Oh yeah, def a juggalo. Corny af

[–] [email protected] 38 points 2 days ago

Kamala promised to explain how magnets work.
