Hey! I use this iOS app called Snibox that lets you do image collages:) It’s very useful for stitching together comic strips too! There are some paid features but I’m basic so everything I need it for is free lol
Seems fishy.
Hell yeah salmon. It's expensive in my area but I try to eat it once a week, usually just pan fried and served on a salad. I find that it puts me in a great mood and gives me a lot of energy.
If you want to try roasting, rub with just enough olive, avocado, or corn oil (my preferences in order), and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic (powder works just fine but you can crush some fresh or use paste), and onion powder, and throw it on a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil from 375-425 (anywhere is fine - I prefer a bit higher because I like it to be crisp and a bit med rare in the middle, but if you prefer it more well then set it lower). You can brighten it up when it comes out with a bit of lemon if you like, but that kind of depends on the rest of your salad.
Tastes great with a balsamic, Caesar, or ranch style dressing. I like to use a smoked paprika vinaigrette that's a bit sweet.
After you pull it you can let it cool down to throw on your salad, or just send it hot!
Is this loss?
Raw egg yoke on top of raw salmon is a new one for me. Anyone has that? Lil sketch id presume but if it’s clean and fresh i guess
japanese chickens don't have salmonella (they test and cull) so they even have chicken sashimi and can get away with recipes like this with no worry. I see a lot of raw egg yolk dishes on XHS as well.
Salmonella is still pretty rare here in the US on eggs although it does happen; I have been eating raw egg for decades with no ill effects but of course everyone should watch out for their own safety! I am pretty healthy otherwise so i gamble.
Another name for this dish is salmon-ella
I haven't seen that and haven't tried it, but I know fish tartare is a thing, so that could be it
Never had that but doesn't seem sketchy sanitary-wise, we can eat our eggs raw here without risk, the salmon would of course need to be sushi-grade. I do question the combination of flavours though, I love egg yolk and I love raw salmon, but together I'm not sure, I'd have to try it..
Not exactly the same, but I enjoy mixing sunny side up eggs into poké bowls.
