my sister's cat was a stray that lived behind a dominos and grocery store. All the other cats were mean except a little black kitten who came right up and purred. She sends us photos from collage of him being stupid and it's adorable
The mean ones weren’t smart enough to tame and train a group of humans to take care of them. Your sisters cat is the smart one.
