No it’s Windows ME, the universe just doesn’t have ACPI compatibility.
It is now safe to turn off your Birmingham.
Are we really so worried about saving things that we needed a graceful shutdown? This feels more like a ‘flip the switch on the power strip’ kinda situation.

We wont. This version has a memory leak which will continue to allow problems to build up over time.
When enough problems have leaked through, it will cause a buffer overflow, and all problems will be solved!
