Hint: read it from bottom to top, right to left, but still in the order 1-2-3

Guessing the whole point is to make people try to figure it out

I feel like maybe these were supposed to be stamps but someone just put them up on the wall instead? The words would still look dumb going from bottom to top bur at least they'd read left to right and the letters would be the right way.

Have you ever seen or used a stamp before?

Yes? You put ink on the raised letters and press them to a surface and they leave a reversed impression. If you did that with these signs, the letters would be the right way around and the words would read from left to right, top to bottom.

Edit: actually the letters are the right way around on closer look, so it would still be fucked up as a stamp so that theory is wrong. Idfk what's happening here.

Hahaha yeah, the letters. That's all I wanted to point out. 😆

At first I was like “burgers love we???” Then I realised you said read still order 123 😂

[–] [email protected] 13 points 3 months ago

Plot twist: It actually says, "Eww, evil burgers", but you can't tell because they're as bad at spelling as they are at laying out letters in a legible order.

Is this at redrum?

[–] [email protected] 3 points 3 months ago

See, this is the kind of evil I approve of.

Like the picture on the wall of the second bathroom of a big smiley face with pupils looking right at your junk that I had hanging until the kid.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 3 months ago

are.. are they trying to subliminally message an increase in love of burgers in people?

[–] [email protected] 12 points 3 months ago

When I was a kid, the place setting for kids at some restaurants came with crayons and a placemat with lots of little puzzles and mazes and things for kids to work on while they waited for food. This reminds me of that. Especially where the secret message is "we love burgers".

Time to break out the superliminal messaging.

[–] [email protected] 7 points 3 months ago* (last edited 3 months ago) (2 children)

taken through a mirror

edit: yea, maybe not

[–] [email protected] 7 points 3 months ago

So the letters are normally backwards?

That would be worse.

If you mirror it tho, it makes even less sense:

Wow, I never would have got it without the solution. I thought I was in [email protected] for a second.
