Conan Exiles lets you hang full dong on PC, I assume you might be able to change the region on your console to get around it, but I don't know for sure.
The console version forces you into a loincloth and has no dong options no matter what region you're in.
I actually googled it and found multiple tutorials on how to activate full nudity even if you're in the US. You literally do just change your console's region, for Xbox anyway.
That's not true. On a private server you can hang dong.
Not true. I played Conan Exiles on both PS4 and PS5 and you can switch on the full nudity just like on PC and go ham on the dong/boob slider. I'm in the EU if that matters

Oh I don't dispute that but my stupidity doesn't tend to be crying about censorship over the fact that you can't dismember bodies after they're already dead. Company decides it wants to adapt to a particular market and people act like their personal vision of a world where you can dismember all the corpses you want was attacked.
Let me give a different perspective. The developers had an original vision of brutality and gore. The developers wanted to expand their game to different platforms. The platform holders said "Compromise on your vision and you can put the game on our platform".
Do you think that's okay?
Never got anything for funding development but a slap in the face, still have to pay for the DLC, good to see the devs are doing well
